What each step actually delivers

Three steps, one clinic, the same data throughout — so the difference between them is something you can see rather than something we assert. If you have not read the case yet, start there: this page shows how that result was reached, one step at a time.

01

Growth Checkup

Free · 30 minutes

The question it answers: is anything actually wrong?

Thirty minutes and five numbers off the top of the owner's head. No export, no preparation. It establishes the shape of the business and whether there is a problem worth paying to solve.

843clients on the books
$438Krevenue from them, 12 months
16services offered to everyone
6competitors saying the same thing

What the owner left with: revenue is steady, growth has stalled, and nobody can say which of 16 services earns it. That is a real problem — and it is not answerable from five numbers.

LTV Snapshot

1 week · credited in full toward the audit

The question it answers: which clients do I make money on?

The booking export, cleaned by us and grouped by the job each client came to solve. 7 segments, ranked by what one client in each is worth over the 12 months observed. This table is the deliverable — not a summary of it.

SegmentClientsShareVisits / clientAvg ticket12-mo value
Prenatal395%6.8$125$850
Athletes10913%5.5$118$649
Postpartum recovery526%5.4$120$648

Office / desk workers27833%4.3$108$464
Infant chiropractic8310%4.8$95$456
General wellness13916%3.2$100$320

What the owner left with: the biggest segment is not the best one. Office / desk workers are the largest group on the list — 278 clients, 33% of the base, $464 each. The most valuable client sits at the top instead: Prenatal, worth $850, but only 39 of them — 5% of the base. The acquisition budget was chasing the larger number.

Growth Audit

3 weeks · the full engagement

The question it answers: what do I do about it, and what is it worth?

The snapshot ranks segments. The audit follows the path each one walks — which door a client came through, where she goes next, and what that whole journey is worth — then sizes the market, checks the schedule can carry it and prices three scenarios on contribution margin.

What the snapshot could see $850 a prenatal client, over the 12 months in the export
What the audit found $2,245 the same client over the 3-year path she actually walks — pregnancy, postpartum, infant, ongoing care
2.6×
top entry point vs the most common one
8.0–12.5×
LTV / CAC on contribution margin
$15K
floor case, 3-yr net — no new clients at all
$55K
base case, 3-yr net contribution

What the owner left with: the clinic's most valuable door was the one only 20% of its maternal clients used, a 90-day plan to change that, and a day-90 appointment to check the plan against what actually happened.

Start at the step that fits.

Every step is credited toward the next one, so nothing you pay for is spent twice. Most owners start with the free Checkup and decide from there.

Anonymized demonstration case. Based on a real Growth Audit delivered by Clariva. The clinic, its region and every identifying detail have been anonymized, and figures are not merely rounded but rescaled to protect client confidentiality — ratios and method are preserved, absolute values are not the client's own. Projections are produced by the audit's revenue model: a plan, not an achieved result, and not a guarantee of growth.
